Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately upon purchase. We only ship once payment is received. Unpaid orders may be canceled and relisted after 48 hours. Non-paying buyers may be reported to eBay. Please ensure your payment and shipping info are correct.

Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) on a business day will typically ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM or on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the condition described. Single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders, while sealed products such as booster boxes are securely packed to prevent damage in transit. We offer various shipping options, including tracked and insured services.

Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, but due to the nature of collectible items, we have a strict return policy. Single cards may only be refunded if they are returned in the exact same condition in which they were sent. Any signs of wear, handling, or damage will void the eligibility for a refund. For sealed items such as booster boxes, the original factory seal (including shrink wrap or tamper-evident tape) must be completely intact. If a sealed item is returned with a broken or missing seal, no refund will be provided. In cases where booster boxes were originally sold without shrink wrap or external sealing, all individual packs inside must be present, completely unopened, and the internal seal on the box must remain unbroken. If any packs are missing or the box has been opened or tampered with, the return will be denied. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of an error on our part. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
