Returns & Refunds Policy
At King Mike’s Collectibles, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on sealed trading card game products, as these items cannot be returned once opened, altered, or tampered with.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description, customers must contact us at mike@shopkmc.com within a reasonable time after delivery so the issue may be reviewed. King Mike’s Collectibles reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including photographs, when evaluating any claim.
Refunds are not guaranteed. In cases where a return is approved at our discretion, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error made by King Mike’s Collectibles or otherwise required by law. Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. King Mike’s Collectibles is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was originally shipped. Items that show signs of use, damage, opening, alteration, or do not match their original condition will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
No refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued until the returned item is received and inspected. When approved, store credit or a gift card may be issued in place of a refund, at the sole discretion of King Mike’s Collectibles. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
